We create and advertise campaigns and place such advertising in periodicals and
newspapers, on radio and television, or in other media. We provide a full range of
services including advice, creative services, account management, production of
advertising material, media planning, and buying (i.e., placing advertising).
We provide an advisor/assistant to the director in order to research or supervise the
background and historical relevance of the play being produced. We can also act as a
liaison between director and playwright, and can help with the development of the text
of the play (editing and revising scripts). We also advise the theatre management staff
on the suitability of plays for the theatre's audience and artistic policy.
We have talented and motivated professionals who will work behind the scenes to
look after the finances, personnel, and long-term strategic planning. One of the most
important management positions in theater is the general manager, who ranks only
below the executive director in day-to-day oversight.
We plan, design, and manage the production of visual communication in order to convey specific messages or concepts, clarifying complex information or projecting visual identities. These services can include the design of printed materials, packaging,
advertising, signage systems, and corporate identification (logos). Our team includes
commercial artists who are engaged exclusively in generating drawings and illustrations requiring technical accuracy or interpretative skills.
We provide operating advice and assistance to performers and productions and other
organizations on marketing issues, such as developing marketing objectives and
policies, sales forecasting, new product developing and pricing, licensing and franchise
planning, and marketing planning and strategy.
We provide commercial photography services for performers, productions, advertising
agencies, publishers, and other business and industrial users.
Our public relations services have been nominated for the Malcolm Hardee Award.
We are driven by marketing as a function of researching, engaging, communicating,
and collaborating with stakeholders in an ethical manner to build mutually beneficial
relationships and achieve results. We are inclusive of press/media and promoters/
industry to meet the clients' goals.
"Inbrook provides performers and theatre companies with the best available opportunity
for worldwide publicity coverage during The New York International Fringe Festival.”
Producer of Outstanding Play Award Winner 'Sailor Man' at The New York International
We develop a budget for the entire production including performance fees, theatre rent, theatre labor, publicity, programs, music, costumes, set construction, construction supplies and expenses, fundraising expenses,
rights to the production, hiring both director and staff, developing and maintaining the production schedule, arranging the rehearsal and audition space, and securing performance space for production.
We employ a dynamic model of placing-trained professionals to distribute marketing
materials in key strategic locations where targeted potential audience members gather.
We coordinate all technical (i.e., lights, sound, video, etc.) aspects of the production, from organizing crew calls to ensuring equipment is ordered, to liaising with the designers and sometimes adapting a design to fit the venue.
We produce and distribute television programs.
